The box is pretty. It does not hold enough of the right types of jewelry I own. It is much smaller than it appears. Most importantly, the latch broke on Day 2... That pretty much sums up my experience with this purchase. I needed a jewelry box and I got a purple box that holds 1/3 of my jewelry while making a purple statement on the vanity.
