Yes, it's a shiny piece of costume jewelry, and looks just like it appears on the screen. Keep in mind it is 20mm, which is pretty darn small in the grand scheme of things.
I paid more than I really would have liked for this piece considering what it is, but I needed SOMETHING to help flesh out my Halloween costume of a Sultan. As a necklace this was not nearly "rich" enough for royalty... if it were 4 times the size it my have looked right on my chest, but at 20mm, I converted it into a ring, and it served it's purpose well enough.
