When my daughter asked for a "soccer necklace" I was not sure what was out there. I was happy with this necklace. It came in a little fabric bag, in a little jewelry sized box, making it more exciting to open than a boring cello-baggie would have been. The charm itself is nice and heavy for its size, and shiny. It has not seen much wear, so I cannot say whether it can hold up to heavy wear. The chain seems sturdy and good quality.
