I ordered it for my wife for her birthday, I gave it to her but she had been ill and later that day we were in the hospital for 8 days due to a sudden illness which she is currently recovering at home from.
The heart is simply beautiful. It's simple but a little elegant. The color and size of the red coral heart is about right, not too big or small. Seems very well made, it has a heavy duty clasp on the heart which could be a bit smaller in my opinion but it still works. The chain is the weak link, it's an 18" sterling silver chain that's your typical lost cost silver chain, pretty but would probably be pretty easy to break if it snagged on something like a sweater, etc.
The wife adores it, I never knew how much that small rather inexpensive heart could/would mean to her, it's priceless to me now.
Oh yea, the best part is the heart is 3-dimension so its reversible I guess.
