Sienna is meticulously handcrafted from lustrous white pearls, polished reconstituted turquoise chunks, and a mix of polished and faceted sterling silver beads. She is finished with a beautiful sterling silver toggle that displays a gorgeous suspension piece that highlights a large turquoise medallion. Sienna is usually worn with the suspension in front but also looks very sexy draped over an open back. Gemstones may have been treated to improve their appearance and durability.

I received this lovely necklace as a gift. I probably would not have purchased a turquoise necklace initially because of all the poorer quality turquoise necklaces I have seen elsewhere, but I absolutely love this one! Note the turquoise is reconstituted - in that the shapes and markings have become uniform, and the shapes (large oval beads, cubes, teardrops, tiny spheres, and chips) work beautifully with the clear crystal chips and the beautiful biwa pearls that have the most incredible luster.
